Two lengths

Two lengths. One standard.

Pick the hour if you have one thing to sort out. Pick the ninety if you have several, or if it has been going on a while.

The Sixty Minute

60 minutes  ·  $130

A full hour of focused, hands-on treatment. Enough time to work a specific complaint properly rather than skimming the whole body.

The Ninety Minute

90 minutes  ·  $180

For chronic tension, multiple problem areas, or when an hour has not been enough. The extra half hour is where deeper work happens.

What to expect

How this clinic runs.

01

One person at a time

Treatments are one on one and the clinic is never crowded. You are not sharing the space with a waiting room full of people.

02

Registered and insurable

Treatment is delivered by a Registered Massage Therapist, so your receipt can be submitted to your extended health plan.

03

Intake before treatment

Health history is completed before your first visit, not rushed on the table. It is the reason treatment is safe and specific.

04

Clinical hygiene standards

Infection prevention and control protocols are followed between every patient, and every area of the clinic is sanitized.

Good to know

Common questions.

Yes. A health history and intake form has to be completed before your first appointment. If it is not submitted, treatment cannot go ahead. It is a short form and it is what makes the first treatment specific to you instead of generic.

Not every available slot is posted in the booking portal. Some are held for patients in a course of consecutive treatments. If the calendar looks full, text 647-774-7104 and we will check for unposted times.

Treatment is provided by a Registered Massage Therapist and a receipt is issued for every visit. Coverage varies by plan, so confirm your massage therapy limit and whether a doctor’s note is required with your insurer before you come in.

Fatima Yusuf, RMT provides massage therapy for women. Male patients are welcome and a second provider is available on request. Mention it when you book so the right practitioner is scheduled.

Open Monday to Sunday, strictly by appointment. There are no walk-ins, which is what keeps the clinic quiet and one on one.

Yes. All three are delivered inside a normal 60 or 90 minute appointment rather than being booked separately. Mention what you are after when you book, or say so at the start of the treatment.
