A full hour of focused, hands-on treatment. Enough time to work a specific complaint properly rather than skimming the whole body.

Registered Massage Therapy
For chronic tension, multiple problem areas, or when an hour has not been enough. The extra half hour is where deeper work happens.
$180 CAD · 90 minutes
These are not separate bookings. Say what you are after when you book, or at the start of the treatment, and it gets worked into the hour.

Heated stones used to reach deeper tension faster than hands alone, without turning up the pressure.
Technique
Suction rather than pressure, for stubborn adhesions and restricted movement. Leaves temporary circular marks.
Technique
Light, rhythmic work aimed at fluid movement and swelling rather than muscle tension. A very different pressure to a deep tissue hour.
One to one tutoring for students working toward their massage therapy licence, from someone who has been through the process rather than only read about it.
There is no fixed package. Text with where you are in your studies and what you are stuck on, and you will get an honest answer about whether tutoring is what you actually need.

Confirm your annual massage therapy limit and whether your insurer needs a doctor’s note before you come in. Plans differ more than people expect.

Payment is taken in clinic through Square at the end of the appointment. A receipt is issued every visit.

The receipt carries the registration details your insurer needs. Billing here is straightforward and stays that way.
